ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING

Electrical engineering is a field of engineering that generally deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics and electromagnetism. The field first became an identifiable occupation in the later of 19th century after commercialization of the electric telegraph, the telephone, an electric power distribution and use. Subsequently broadcasting and recording media made electronics part of daily life. The invention of transistor and subsequently, the integrated circuit brought down the cost of electronics to the point where they can be used in almost any household object electrical engineering has now subdivided into a wide range of subfields including electronics, digital computers, Power engineering, telecommunications, control system, RF engineering, signal processing, instrumentation and microelectronics. The subject of Electrical Engineering is often treated as its own subfield but it intersects with all the other subfield, including Power electronics of Power engineering.

HISTORY

Department was started in the year of 1996 with few students. Due to hard work achievements of result in state level the intake was increasing every year. Currently 60 students have enrolled in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering branch supported by 6 experienced teaching and 1non-teaching staff. Our students have been actively associating themselves with industries through inplant training and industrial visit with reputed organization.

WIRING AND WINDING Trasformer winding machine, three phase motor winding machine, ceiling fan winding machine, neon sign board, winding study motor.
MICROCONTROLLER 8051 MC kits, 8085 MP kits, 8255 interfacing boards, ADC and DAC interfacing boards, keyboard and Display interfacing board, stepper motor and DC motor interface boards.
COMPUTER AND SIMULATION Desktop Computers, Digital multi-functional Network, devices, HIgh and Servers, Multimedia Projectors, Monochrome Laser printers, scanners, Dot-matrix printers and software such as MATLAB, SIMULINK, AUTOCAD, PSPICE and PLC software (VersaPro)
